Pretty Little Liars Summer Finale Review! || #FAceToFace

Warning: Contains Spoilers!

Wow. 6 seasons, endless frustration and unbelievable amounts of patience later, and we finally found out who A is. From what I've seen online, a lot of people seem to be very disappointed by the reveal, and to be honest, at first, I was too. We wanted drama. We wanted heartbreak. We all wanted A to be some shocking revelation from some character we knew well and had some sort of emotional connection with, and CeCe, well, she had been gone for long, lets be honest, we kind of forgot her. We all wanted a repeat of the shock we got that time we were led to believe that Ezra was A. So yeah, at first, I was definitely disappointed. But then it got better.

Hearing CeCe's story really sold it to me. Just feeling every little storyline and unanswered question just click into place was so satisfying. I also really loved how emotional it was; and how you become aware of the fact that you're feeling bad for A even after everything the girls were put through. The reason, I think, most people were disappointed is because since there was so much hype for so long around this reveal, we all pretty much built up our own personal theories which we were convinced was right. When we found out that, not only were they wrong, but it was a character who most people never really connected to much at all, it was a pretty big letdown.

Funny thing is, I was on the right track for a while. A couple months ago, right after the season 5 finale actually, I was really feeling the transgender theory and how Charles wanted to be a girl, which would explain the extra dress Mrs. DiLaurentis was so shady about, the fact that he was never there (away at Radley) and Charles' obsession with dolls. But of course, when you discuss your theories with others and read about other theories, you can get swayed, and I hopped onto the "Wren is A" track.

So yeah, initally I was definitely disappointed with this reveal, but as I keep thinking about it and seeing how everything fits together so perfectly, I'm really loving it.

Of course, in typical PLL fashion, we are always left with questions. And though this is the finale where we FINALLY got enough answers to leave us satisfied, we are still left with some nagging questions...
Who killed Mrs. DiLaurentis? Who is the "he" they're referring to in the last scene after the time jump? Who did Alison marry? Mrs. Rollins??? How did the moms get out of the basement? Aria is going to university in Savannah, does this mean she didn't go to LA? Where are Melissa and Wren? Where is Jenna? Who killed Garrett???????? Ok, ok, thats enough for now...

The BEST and EASIEST Waffle Recipe! (Blogmas Day 9)

When it starts to get chilly out, I find myself making waffles pretty often. In fact, our Sunday breakfast usually consists of waffles of some kind. And in my house, I'm the designated waffle chef. I have the best recipe for waffles that are truly delicious AND any lazy chefs dream; its all done in one bowl, with ingredients everyone has in their kitchen. Literally foolproof and delicious. 1 Year of Covid-19: A reflection

It feels like just yesterday we were all feeling the anxiety and uncertainty of a new disease that was spreading quickly around the world that no one truly understood yet. We were facing the first wave of cases, the fear of going outside and being around people and the first round of quarantines and restrictions.  It feels like just yesterday, but also so long ago.  I, and I am sure many others, am feeling a mix of emotions.  Sad for the loss of comfort we once had. Grief for all the lives lost and permanently changed. Thankful for my health and that of my family. Gratitude for the scientists and frontline workers alike, working tirelessly behind the scenes I hope that one day we can return to a new normal. I hope that one day I'll be able to go to work and not feel  afraid  to get too close to my coworkers and patients. I hope that no one will ever again have to face the end of their lives all alone. I hope that no one has their life cut short because of an insidious virus that

Blogilates Beginner's Calendar 2.0: Review & Final Update

I've officially completed all 28 days of the Blogilates Beginner's Calendar and firstly, I have to say that I'm pretty damn proud of myself, because it was pretty difficult but I stuck with it until the end. And I had fun in the process! So, how much of a difference does this calendar really make? Does it work? Here are my final thoughts. This workout program really works, but you need to work at it too. If you're going to half ass the workouts, eat badly and skip days, you really won't see a huge difference. I really did my best to stick with it and work hard at it and I really have seen a difference. The thing about Blogilates that I enjoyed is that you won't just see a difference in your body, you'll see a difference in your mindset and motivation as well. Physically, since I began the calendar, I lost 10 pounds and I feel so much stronger than I was before. My muscles, especially my legs are so much more defined than they used to be. Cassey als
