My New Years' Resolutions

A new year has begun. And with it came the bitter cold we had been dreading and the new found motivation to make a positive change on our shiny, new, clean slate. I thought really hard as to what my New Years' resolutions would be this year and came up with two; one of which I usually have every year and one new one.

1) Drink more water.
I have had this resolution for the past 4 years and... let's just say I'm still working on it. But I'll get there.

2) Say whats on my mind
I'm the kind of person who avoids saying what's on their mind and just keeps their feelings inside, which as I'm sure we can all agree, doesn't end well. It just upsets you even more. So my resolution is to speak my mind more often. If something is really bothering me, I'll say it. Keeping things bottled up only makes it worse in the end.

Hello there! So I've been on the hunt for a shampoo to tame my wild hair for ages, so I picked up this during my recent Lush visit  in hopes that it would help with my thick, coarse, dry hair. According to Lush , this has: Stout to calm:  For all hair types but especially beneficial for fluffy, hard-to-manage hair. Friend to all scalps:  Yeast improves the health of the hair and scalp. For a polished finish:  Organic lemon juice is a gentle cleanser that adds masses of shine and gloss. After using this for a little while now, I can say that I'm pretty much still on the fence about it.  Pros:  Though my hair is still a little frizzy, its definitely a bit better than it used to be.
